  3. Cut the chicken into strips.
  4. Peel and finely slice the onions, crush the garlic clove. Season.
  5. In a frying pan, sauté the onions and garlic in a little oil.
  6. Add meat, curry and bay leaf. Let the chicken brown.
  7. Add the potatoes and about 3.2 cup of water.
  8. Continue cooking until the potatoes are tender.
  9. Add a little water if necessary.
