Fried scallops with foie gras

  2. Cut the slices of foie gras in half in width, pass them in the flour and put them to cook in a hot frying pan, without fat.
  3. Cook 1 minute on each side. Book warm.
  4. Keep the foie gras fat in the pan and place the scallops in it.
  5. Cook 1 minute per side on high heat. Add salt and pepper. Take the nuts out of the pan.
  6. While you place them on the plates, put the grapes to heat with the foie gras cooking fat.
  7. Arrange 4 scallops in each plate, cover with half a slice of cooked foie gras and arrange some hot grapes around.
  8. Serve without delay.
