  2. Preheat the oven th. 6 (180 °). Roll out the puff pastry and cut 4 squares of 10 cm. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg and milk mixture and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Book.

Tie the sauce with a mixture of butter and flour, add the cream and parsley. Simmer until sauce is thick enough.
  4. Stir in frog legs and oyster mushrooms again. Cut the laminates in the thickness. Lay the dough on the warm serving plates and garnish with frog legs, oyster mushrooms and sauce. Cover with the other part of the laminate. Serve without waiting.
