Pork with sauteed vegetables

  2. Drain and rinse chop suey vegetables.
  3. Slice the cabbage.
  4. Cut the meat into thin slices, put in a bowl with soy sauce, wine and sugar. Add the cornflour diluted in a tablespoonful of water.
  5. In a wok or pan, heat half of the oil, fry the meat with the sauce, stirring constantly for one minute.
  6. Remove the meat from the skimmer and set aside.
  7. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the chop suey and cabbage for 2 minutes.
  8. Add pork and sauce, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. If necessary add a little water.
  10. Serve hot with fragrant rice.
