  2. Place the rack in the top of the oven about 10 cm from the heating element.
  3. Preheat the oven to broil.
  4. In a saucepan, bring to the boil all ingredients except salmon and salt.
  5. Let reduce by half. Book.
  6. Place the salmon on a plate lined with aluminum foil.
  7. Brush the fish with marinade. Salt lightly.

  9. Brush gently a few times while cooking.
