Salmon steaks with honey and sesame

  2. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 3 teaspoons of honey in a deep dish.
  3. Marinate salmon for an hour before cooking, turning occasionally.
  4. Drain the fish and sprinkle the flesh side with sesame seeds.
  5. In a sauté pan, melt the butter and 2 teaspoons olive oil.
  6. Cook the fish, starting with the skin side. Allow about 3 to 4 minutes of cooking on each side, over medium heat.
