  2. Remove the skin, bone your meat and cut it into thin strips (1 cm).
  3. Put it in a hollow dish.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Sprinkle your meat with the juice of the 2 limes and sprinkle with the herbs and scatter on the top your chopped mint leaves.
  6. Mix well with a wooden spoon and reserve for at least 1 hour.
  7. Remember to come back and stir your marinade from time to time.
  8. In a wok for your olive oil, brown your drained chicken strips for 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Check the seasoning and pour the rest of the marinade on the meat.
